I recently bought a Stressless suite from Midfurn in Alcester following a recommendation from a friend. The price was competitive and the service that I received from the three members of staff that I dealt with was excellent. Our purchase was slightly different as we needed the furniture delivering to the south of France - hardly a common request but Midfurn took on the challenge. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition last week. Thanks Midfurn - I would definitely recommend you to others.

I have read the reviews listed and I think these seem very spurious. I have heard a lot about slagging off competition etc.. All I can say is I bought a relatively inexpensive item from the store - which believe me has some stunning stuff in - no other store within 10 miles can compare with in my opinion- We were blown away with the choice and exceptional service - probably the best I have come across in my experience. The salesman spent a great deal of time explaining the product, where it was made, the wood type etc... I have bought once, but will definitely recommend to our friends - not something I do lightly. If you are looking quality and price, then I would suggest you pop in - definitlely worth a look

I have purchased a number of high value items from this store and have found them to be resonably priced, professional and exceptionally helpful. I took delivery of a Stressless chair a few weeks ago which had a slight mark on it. I did phone to tell the salesman and within 3 hours a band new chair was delivered to my door. I didnt even ask it just arrived, nowhere have a experianced such exceptional service.
I went to a store at the back of this shop first 3 years ago and found the owner to be rude and unhelpful, mind you his furniture looked cheap and tacky which is worlds apart from Midfurn.

if you want quality, first class service and a great price look no further

send out warehouse man to deal with complaints are un-professional to point of rudeness..will not answer phone calls, when he finally returned my call I explained I was out and would call him back but he was shouting his mouth off so bad over the top of me I put him on loud speaker I just happened to be in a busy shop in a big cue after he'd finished I explained to everyone he was the manager from midfurn in alcester and this is how he treats you after spending thousand of pounds with him so funny everyone walked away in disgust The worst shopping experience ever had..avoid them like the plague.

would not touch this store with a bare pole - crap service. ordered 2 bar stools and table advised 6/8 weeks did not turn up even after 10 weeks given alsorts of excuses. refund eventually but from a very rude owner.

I think one star is too muchCustomer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Takes your money gives you the sales talk. With in the first week I Have complained 3times by phone and once in writing Still waiting for a reply never buy of this man his a con
