Very poor experience. I would advise about taking anything there to be dry cleaned. Took a double duvet to be dry cleaned. First of all they told me it would be back 24 hours before they actually got it - which resulted in a wasted journey into town!

When I actually got it back, it was somebody else's duvet!! The manager point blank refused to accept this. Didn't offer to look into whether there had been a mix up. Just offered to send it off again to get dry cleaned?? No matter how much I told him it wasn't mine, he said he had 'proof' on video camera that it was! (not sure what he meant by that?) Very rude and basically shouted at me.

I would advise extreme caution if you take anything to this dry cleaners. Make sure you 'mark' your property, as if they loose it, they will not accept any responsibility. I personally won't be going back.
