I would like to share with you my poor experience at Snappy Snaps Milton Keynes.when I went there for passport photos for my six year old .They were taken by a very abrupt charmless older lady who seemed to not have a minute to spare and when I told her I was not very happy with the photos she took, she told me they were fine, and there was no need to take anymore . Well they were rejected by the post office as not valid because the eyes were not in the right place .Subsequently I rang Snappy Snaps expecting at least A POLITE APOLOGY for my time wasted and the same lady answered and was very dismissive to me demanding what was wrong with the photos very sharply, and saying I had to get a letter from the post office to prove they were wrong and then the Manager MIGHT then give me a refund ! I feel the said LADY could do with some training in Customer Service ,especially as the fault lay with them and an apology was due to me for poor service..I was very upset with my treatment from this member of staff and would never use them again.
