Unfortunately our review is not positive, we are property investors and have worked with Paul and David on 3 big projects almost consecutively, at first we thought that we are happy with them, Paul is very convincing and smile nicely. The finish is ok but not the best. The problems appeared later.
In one house they made a short cut by putting laminate flooring without underlay so the flooring broke straight away so they replaced it again buy blaming the flooring and receiving a free batch from B&Q with no underlay again, but never told us, as we would not have minded paying for the underlay to make sure it lasted a long time, of course it broke again. At the end we got another builder to lay new flooring with underlay and paid another £750 for that.
In another house the roof had a leak this was part of the contracted job. the damp appeared again few month later, we asked Paul to look at it again and he charged us second time and then it appeared again so now we have fixed it properly and paid to another builder for the third and final time.
In the third house we had in their contract damp proofing throughout but in the inspection a year later 3 damp patches appeared. We have contacted Paul and he promised to come in 2 weeks after 2 weeks he didn't arrive so we contact him again and he said that he will come next week but never came and totally avoided our contact.
So not the most reliable, not very honest, not good with damp and doing shortcuts.
