Contacted Webster with regard to a replacement charger for my battery powered mower. Telephoned in the morning and spoke to a member of staff who said he would get back to me, hours later no return phone call. Phoned again in the afternoon and spoke to a different me more of staff with the same promise to get back to me,again no return phone call. Very poor service, if I need further service I would NEVER use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
