Worst beauty spa treatment ever. I bought a Groupon voucher for a back massage, manicure , pedicure and brow wax. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. The salon wes really cold so I had to put my coat on. They were in the middle of decorating so the place was in a bit of a mess. I was call over ( not by name ) and asked to put my feet in a foot bath by a young assistant. After a couple of minutes she tben came over and told me to get one foot out. Then came 10 minutes of looking at the top of her head....no conversation or anything. I don't know what her name was because she didn't bother to introduce herself.

After about 20 minutes I was offered a drink by the owner who came across quite friendly but a bi t rough around the edges. The manicure was a quick nail file and a rub in of cream. Then into another room for the facial and back massage. It was really cold. There was a duvet!!! On the bedto go under. Facial was done. ..not a clue what was used as again no consultation or conversation. The "massage" was a back rub which was quite pathetic. Again no consultation. The back out for nail varnish application. ..choice or red or red! No thanks!

Then into another room for eyebrow wax...again no consultation or conversation. No mirror at the end to see result. Quick scarper for me out of the front door; that needed a good clean to go home and get warm and never to return!
