shop took my broken phone, pretended it was fixed, took my money. i was in the shop and tested the phone but didn't work. The 2 employees behind the counter hurled abuse at me whilst hiding behind the very high counter because they were scared.
They would not give a refund, police were called by me and they handed my money back - I have had to go to another repair shop and pay a very high price for repair.

STAY AWAY FROM DR UNLOCK, NOTTINGHAM - THEY ARE CONMEN COWARDS, GO ELSEWHERE.
