Our first time with Plimbley and we were very happy with all the arrangements. We were picked up in Castle Bromwich by mini bus to join our coach at Hilton services for our New Year break in Blackpool. The driver, Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. She was also punctual both going and for the return journey, handling our luggage efficiently.

The hotel (Henson in Blackpool) was warm and clean and the food was really good. My Brother in Law is 97 years old and everyone treated him with the utmost courtesy.

We would definitely use Plimbleys and this hotel again.
