We telephoned our green flag due to the key fobs not working in my car. The lady on the end of the phone took all the details and said someone would be with us between 17.00 - 19.00 he arrived in 10 minutes, and we received messages telling us when to expect him. He had to re program both the key fobs and kept us in the loop all the time . The gentlemans name was Dave Woods and he advised us when he left what to do if it happened again. Excellent service.10 out of 10

My car was recovered last Wednesday 15th Chester road Borehamwood by Richard Percy. Thought he did an excellent job in difficult conditions in the dark and got me home safely, really top bloke thanks Richard.

Excellent service today from C4 Steve when he came to home start my VW Up when the handbrake became locked over Christmas.

He sorted the problem in minutes with his trusty hammer and recommended that the brake shoes be cleaned and greased. I drove straight to the local garage which he was familiar with and he was there to give me a lift home.

A very pleasant chatty guy- well done Connoisseur Recovery.
