Beko employ these cowboys to service their warranty. Five separate visits and they did not fix a simple repair leading to the machine sparking, shaking so violently it jumped out of its space and literally fell to pieces (we have a video of this). We had a separate engineering company assess it and they found that a pump Dill's alleged to have changed twice had evidently not been changed and no proper investigation made. The fourth engineer produced an earring saying it caused the damage and tried to invalidated the warranty, he planted it there! It wasn't ours, couldn't in any event have caused the damage and no object had been found by us or the previous engineers! The manager was rude and belligerant when I contacted Dills and said it was Bekos problem. Beko said it wasn't a manufacturing fault and wouldn't do anything. Both companies are disreputable and dishonest.

Absolute awful service. Condesending and rude staff and engineers. If I could give them no stars that is what they would get

The ladies ion the phone were pleasant & helpful, the engineers courteous & efficient. Unfortunately after 5 visits they couldn't fix our Grundig dryer & we had to have a replacement. But everyone was polite & patient

A dill & Son engineer was supposed to visit me today to fix a broken dishwasher on behalf of zanussi. When they had not arrived by late afternoon we called them to see where they were, to be told an engineer had knocked on the door at 2.35 and I was a liar because I disagreed. How our house is positioned I would have 99.9% heard the door especially when I was expecting someone and had waited in all day.


Phillip Dill (managing Director) was the first contact I made he was rude, argumentative, wouldn't let me speak, and said that the engineer had taken a picture on my front door to prove he had been. He is supposed to be e-mailing me this picture, but it is yet to arrive, the picture does not show him knocking on my door ! I also spoke to Diane Nash who told me that if I thought the were so disgusting I wouldn't want them in my home.


I have never experienced just shoddy service, this company should not be able to represent large electrical companies they just don't have the skills
