I brought my girlfriends MacBook Air Pro here to be repaired after it wouldn't turn on one day, I attempted to swap the battery first in case that was the issue, it had a brand new 8000mAh battery installed when I took it in to be repaired, they weren't able to carry out the repair it needed so I started the return process for the battery on Amazon, when I got the MacBook home and opened it however my new battery wasn't there, but a very old 7200mAh one, guy in the shop told me they only took the back panel off tested it and saw that they couldn't repair it and closed it up again, a complete lie because I know the battery had all 5 screws in when I took it for repair, they only returned it with 3, I know for a fact they removed the battery. one screw was also missing from the back panel when they returned it to me, they don't look after your belongings and will try to cheat you. 27-02-24
