another fantastic job!
kitchen mixer tap started leaking this morning ..... busy day for me. Called Paul, told him the problem I have with tap. He said he'd be popping round about 4pm to have a look.
He came in, looked at the culprit, checked I have turning off taps, took all apart (while I was in the other room teaching piano). After 5 minutes there was a knock ..... need new cartridges, don't have them on van but can get them (oh, yeah, I thought.....). Off he went ..... back 10-15mins later, fitted them, cleaned up, showed me and I paid for the service.
All told he was no more than half an hour. Very polite, efficient, no head scratching and sighing. Just a brilliant worker who is very good at his job.

This is the second time I have used him. Can thoroughly recommend him 11-07-16
