Extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend them. Would definitely use them again. Happy to know there are knowledgeable technicians on the island who can provide immediate assistance.

I contacted Diamond Isle on 26/06/20 and I didn't hear back from them. I've tried again to get in contact today. Samsung have also tried to contact Diamond Isle on the 18th and 25th June. I am very disappointed and feel let down by this company. I am still waiting for my washing machine to be fixed. Sadly at the present I could not recommend this company.
