Terrible company. Asked for a hotel pickup in Bristol to Temple Meads. Booked 1 hour 20 mins in advance, got confirmation. Waited 10 minutes over the designated time, called the company, told minibus on its way. No sign oit 10 mins later. Tried calling again, put the phone down on me. I got a friend to call on their phone and they picked up, They then sent 1 cab that could take 4 only - 25 mins late. Needless to say, we missed our train and it cost me 140 quid to catch the next one. They could not have cared less.
