I had a horrible experience when I accidentally drove over a hose which was obscured under foam. The employee berated me and shouted over my repeated attempts to apologise for a genuine mistake. He then threatened to charge me £400 for the item which he had left on the ground and hardly visible

Needless to say I left without using their services and would advise anyone to avoid this place and their intimidating staff
