Disastrous construction issues to adjacent garden retaining wall & patio areas..Since construction water table ingress from retaining wall under patio sub base resulting in resin bubbling up throughout paving joints..Channel drain construction not sealed @ drain points resulting in rainwater ingress to sub base & rising damp issues to garage rear door floor area & living room floor patio doors area.Project completed October 2019 still awaiting all issues to be rectified..An absolute nightmare one would not wish on any future victim..Rest my case until all construction work rectified.Will ‘edit’ when complete satisfaction of issues above rectified! 03-07-20
