It’s such a shame that this isn’t what was booked and confirmed with Insight Move.
10 Months prior to our wedding, we booked and confirmed what table decorations we wanted, and 1 week before the wedding, we get told we can’t have it anymore, and given what can be only described as a poor excuse as a replacement.

Without going on, Insight Move provided us with a shoddy, unprofessional service that my wife was very upset with on the day, especially after all the hard work she put in to having the “perfect wedding”. Their answer was to offer us a £20 refund. Shocking!

If you want your wedding decorations to be a specific style or theme, then please use another company, as these will promise the earth, and deliver something completely different.
