Our experience of Amberglow Fireplaces is absolutely shocking - we paid £2500 for waht turned out to be very poor quality work. They promised so much when we were in the shop but aftersales service was incredibly poor. The advertise "old fashioned values" but we experienced nothing like that, unless old fashioned means uncaring and non customer centric. We have completed the job ourslves by employing tradesmen outside of Amberglow's control - and hey presto it's now complete. Amberglow turned a 1 day job into a 3.5 weeks and never completed the work, so we took over. We are completey disgusted with Amberglow Fireplaces Ltd or Runcorn. 11-03-15
