I booked a car for my wedding on 28th August 2015 to pick me up and my daughter for my wedding. Ten minutes before the car was due received a call to say the car had broken down! No back up plan or alternative was offered, they seemed more worriec about their car than my predicament. The venue kindly sent a car, however, I lost the memories of photograph opportunities as well as mine and my daughters experience of being driven in a vintage vehicle. If it was my business of so many years I would have either offered to jump in my own car to get the bride to her wedding or a reputable taxi firm. O well I did get a standard apology!
