A building company I unfortunately employed decide to use this company to sue me for refusing to pay their bill . Thinking this very strange that a company would take on these people , I asked the questions
Are you related – are you friends – have you been dealing with them before , the stern reply was NO , we only did a conveyencing for them once .
That same afternoon I received in my e.mail box a document proving this was not the truth ( assume sent in error ) I asked them to explain , never had the courtsey of a reply .
Not only do I find this sort of behaviour disgraceful , but when solicitors tell untruths , is there anyone you can trust today .
