Booked a taxi at 6.15 for 7 told no problem. No taxi rang them at 7.10 told delays would be about 10 minutes no taxi at 7.30 rang them again told taxi was 1minute away. Turned up at 7.55. Why couldn't operator call me to say problems. What if I booked taxi and kept him waiting outside for almost an hour. Always used this firm because local but never again,

These are the worst taxi firm within Trafford. Never on time, even if you book early. Not even a call from them to say they're running late. I've nearly missed flights because of this firm. Drivers don't know where to go to. I've had drivers ring me and ask me to walk down the road to meet them. Office staff really couldn't care less. This firm is unreliable and does not care about the customer. How they are still in business I don't know. It's probably better for everyone if they weren't.
