Terrible, misleading service... Be 100% of ur purchase as they do NOT state that the have a no refund policy.. They have a small sign that they claim covers them legally however, the sign states the do not exchange or refund 'HATS' however, I did not purchase a hat, i purchased a hair clip and not only was I refused a refund even though the purchase was less than 24hrs prior the owner refused to come out of her office to explain her decision... Highly recommend you try elsewhere before The Hat Shop Lisburn...
