Poor Quality - dreadful service
We bought a metal framed bed for my dayughter from rooms, in June 2013. After 14 months, the welds in the frame have come apart. Rooms boast excellent customer service, so we were surprised that the manager, Andrew, wont return our phone calls or respond to our emails/letters. I'm afraid this will require an unwelcome visit to the small claims court to fulfill our rights under the sale of goods act, which says that product must be of merchandisable quality and last for a reasonable period - up to six years. very dissappointed in Rooms, Keighley. 25-10-14
