been on lots of bus tours with you but this time went to grange over sands which was great except for trip to Wray Castle this was a disgrace it was not suitable for people with any kind of disability about half mile or more to walk up very rough unevan road if you could not manage which some on trip couldn't you were stuck at bottom for 2 hrs with no facilitys hope you look into this and take this trip out off would have been much better had we known not to have got of ferry and just returned on ferry and waited on return of others at terminal where we could have walked around on the flat and had food at café on lake side
