Never ever buy anything from ddsfurniture. It's a fraud! We have purchased corner sofa bed on 6th of June, and it was promissed to be delivered first weekend of July.. since when we were given bunch of false promises. I've been dealing with a company director - Dariusz Skrobovich. Nightmare! We were told he had a accident and was in hospital for almost all July,then factory were our sofa was 'waiting to be picked up for delivery' was shut down for summer break,promises on the top of promises that it will be delivered 'next week'. Now we are being completelly ignored. This man has turned his phone off all time,company phones are on automated answering mode. Bullshit! Basically what are they doing is trying to extend all process for over 60 days as the payment goes trough Paypal . And Paypal has 60 days money back guarranty. Now the will take legal actions against this company and particulary Dariusz Scrobich and we'll go through all the procedures as we are not going to leave this situation like that and leave our money that we have earned to some bunch of scum.
Seriously people,keep away from ddsfurniture in Birmingham. Save your time,nerves and money

Never buy from them, they are bunch of liers. I gave paid for the sofa £750, waited it took a while to be delivered. When arrived and put it in one piece realised that all surfice is uneven, wrinkled. So asked to be replaced. When another one arrived was in the same condition plus one leg missing. When got through to them they told me that will deliver a proper quality one but never did. It has been 9 months now. Was calling and calling as the third time they gave me the date when the sofa will be delivered this time but after it never showed up they just ignored my calls. Wrote them a letter asking for a full refund, they answer never came back. We purchade a brand new property and furniture we buy wanted perfect specially for this price. DO NOT USE! HAD MY SOFA DELIVERED DAMAGED ON 12TH SEPTEMBER WITH THE PROMISE IT WOULD BE SORTED, REPLACED DAMAGED PART WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOUR MATERIAL 28TH SEPTEMBER. ITS NOW 28TH OCTOBER AND PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED JUST CONSTANT BROKEN PROMISES. BEWARE ROUGE TRADERS STAY CLEAR
