After 18 months the sofa fell apart, they wanted a "refundable" £50 just to come out to see if it could be fixed. We already know that it cannot be fixed here so will not get our £50 back. The springs have all fallen out. I spoke to someone on the phone. who informed me that nothing would happen without us paying the "refundable" £50 and told me I would get the money back when it was fixed in my home. I explained that the springs have fallen out and was told this was impossible. I have photos of the displaced springs.
All of this should have been done under their 5 year guarantee.
Bad products and abysmal customer service. Rubbish company to be avoided at all costs. 07-07-14
