Was surprised to read the bad review as our experience of Fine Finish and Troy has been the complete opposite ! Troy offers a fully comprehensive service and is precise , knowledgable , always on the site early and very competent . He fully explains every step of the way what's what and is polite , respectful and asks for input . Will be recommending him to friends and could not ask for a nicer bloke .Photos of my shower room and bathroom will follow !

This plumber is a complete nightmare. He gets you to sign a contract and pay a large deposit, promising that you will pay no more money until the job is complete. He promises he will put in the hours to get the job finished in the agreed time. But in truth spends more time off site... He charges you for materials that you don’t have or need. He then waits outside your home and makes no end of calls demanding more money, He threatens to walk of the job unless you pay what he demands. He is so unprofessional that if he does not get what he wants he goes around to your neighbours slandering you. He has made a complete mess of our bathroom and now we have to find and pay someone else to correct all his mistakes. Avoid, Avoid,Avoid at all costs.
