A small and friendly group that practices Ki Aikido under a 7th Dan teacher. Excellent club for those looking for martial arts with a difference. Ki Aikido is an excellent art to complement other martial arts as the principles can be applied to any martial art. Anyone who has previously done judo, karate, etc will find it fascinating. No age restrictions - I started at 52! Flexibility of training means you can train to any level of fitness. Particularly good for women as it does not rely on application of strength but in blending and redirecting the attackers force and momentum. Cant recommend it highly enough.
