My Garage Stourbridge, This place has one star only because I couldn't give it any less. I question the integrity of this garage after they did my MOT and told me 'these things need doing' However I have a policy of never letting the garage who do the MOT do any work 'required'. It seems I was right to do so, the work quoted was 200% of what I had the work done for, and the independent garage told me that it shouldn't have failed it's MOT on this. After I'd had the work done I took it back for the re-test, and low and behold something else was wrong. I took it back to the independent garage, who were mystified as to why this item would be broken as they'd been under the car and there was no problem in that area. They also said 'They don't usually break like that, it's like someone has put a bar in and yanked it' Go to 'My Garage - Stourbridge' at your peril. I can only assume times are hard (As they are for the rest of us) that they need to create work. Customer service is also 0 stars as after I'd left I told the manager that my experience this time wasn't great (and I've used them for years) , he didn't care and had a terrible attitude and I told him I won't be back as a parting shot to which he replied 'GOOD'
