Having experienced a total breakdown of my TV recording device and knowing nothing about the machine, I 'phoned Darryl Pace at Gogglebox and told him of my problem. He came to my property, inspected and got it working again very quickly. Unfortunately, a week later it gave up the ghost completely, but he contacted the manufacturer, persuaded them to replace the machine with a refurbished one and, when it arrived, we were able to get back to normal. I was extremely impressed with Gogglebox' for the speed with which they dealt with my problems, the knowledge they showed and the efforts to get me an excellent deal with the manufacturer of the recorder. Above and beyond what I expected.
