Extremely bad and rude service from all staff eapecially manager/owner Kamran. Outfit was late and the wrong colour, size and design even though i had made to measure service 2 months prior.Had no phone calls or apologies for the fact my outfits were late or to say they had finally arrived. I had to phone up myself daily to find out what was happening. I also had to have both bridal outfits adjusted and when requested a discount and an applogy i was met with very rude comments and attitude from all members of staff especially the manager Kamran who then walked off whilst i was still talking to him. The material was very cheap. Would not recoment this store at all. 30-03-14
