If I could give this 0 I would. I have never been spoken to like the way the owner spoke to me! They are clearly disorganised as they had booked me in without telling me and then when I didn't turn up (as I never knew I had an appointment) I was shouted at down the phone, accused of all sorts, guilt tripped and then had the phone put down on me after they "checked their records" which must have shown I was not booked in! Ladies do not shop here - no one deserves to be spoken to like that , especially when you are trying to organise one of the most special days of your life!
