Never again!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Took phone in for standard screen replacement, 7 days later they gave me my phone back HAVING REPLACED IT WITH A DIFFERENT BROKEN SCREEN as well as BREAKING THE SPEAKER and WIPING THE SOFTWARE. They did not seem too bothered throughout the transaction and could use lessons in customer service.

Very dishonest - they BUTCHERED my phone and only after much arguing did they give me a refund. Awful!
