I have never had any work done by Colin Hay so it it funny that i came home to find the old fence panels and debris from the job he was doing for my neighbour (not even an adjoining back fence!) in my front garden on my grass and flower bed. I was met with astonishment by Colin Hay's labourer when I asked him to get it off my grass.... he siad he had nowhere else to put it!.... then he just carried on with what he was doing. I asked / told colin to move it and after looking at me as if I was inconveniencing him, he made an apology sound like an insult and went to move it... arrogant, no customer service and completely stupid if he thinks it is OK to dump his rubbish on a neighbour's front garden without permission and without any care. Absolutely astonishing! We had asked our neighbour, that if he did a good job could we have his details for a quote on our fence...... fat chance now.... I wouldn't touch him with a 12 foot fence post!
