Used Fresh to let one of my properties about 2 years ago without any problems. however, personel have changed and the high level of service once experienced is sadly missing. Issues: we asked agent in writing if we could meet tenants during viewings. This was ignored several times. When tenant was found we asked basic of the agent a question regarding salary ie f they tenant could afford it. They didn't ask. In fact they new virtually nothing about the tenant they were proposing we use! we asked in writing for a guarantor a month before signing. Again ignored until the day before we were suppose to sign they they rushed to get it sorted. Then they told the tenant it was our fault!! on top of this they failed to supply the tenant with our account details which we then had to supply. We went to speak to them to try and get things sorted in swansea branch but were told the individual was there but couldn't see us as he was having lunch. Morriston office fine, Swansea needs to be avoided at all costs!! only gave one star as zero stars not available.
