As mentioned in another review with similar circumstances, dreadful customer service. Very quick to take our money (Not a small amount by any means) however after just days of installation I noticed that the wood floor supplied was defective and coming apart. The floor has only got worse since then, and the staff here want nothing to do with it. To make matters worse their staff have lied to me via email stating that the warranty has been voided due to the floor being nailed rather than glued in. Embarrassingly for them, they backed this claim up with the installation manual from the manufacturer which explicitly states that the floor can be nailed in.

Having paid a small fortune for the flooring and installation, I am now stuck with planks coming apart which not only look unsightly but have become a hazard to my 18 month old daughter.

I wouldn't recommend going near Floor Store with a barge pole. Absolutely disgusting service and complete disregard for their customers' satisfaction. 12-02-17
