I had booked online so had already paid for the journey. I called the office an hour before just to confirm the time. A man answered -I asked if the driver could call me if he couldn't locate my address when he just bluntly said no. I asked if I could just confirm the address on the booking when once again he said no. I asked if he had a problem with me when he said "yes I do". I was in complete shock. He then went on to say that he was going to cancel my booking. I asked why and he just replied "because I can". I had paid this company £247 in total for a return airport run just for this disgruntled individual to cancel. I said that I want the refund back in my account immediately seen as he is the one cancelling and that I will have to book another cab. However it took a further 3 working days. I asked for his name but he refused. I asked for his managers details, but once again he refused to provide any details. I honestly have no idea what this guys problem was!! Avoid this company! 10-05-16
