DOVER CARPETS: RUDE, HOSTILE, IMPATIENT, 100% UNRELAIBLE... as they let us down a day before despite them knowing we had a deadline, luckily we found a better carpet shop at a slightly better price. Also they are difficult to reach by phone and take half a week to respond to a message and when they do they are so abrupt that you would not want to speak to them anyway... we found them to be nasty and, totally unprofessional. AVOID!
