2 weeks ago Rockwater charged me what I thought was an excessive amount for a very small job. When I politely queried this, Duncan Campbell, who appears to run/own Rockwater, threatened (with little pre-amble) that unless I paid in full he would charge me 8% a day and pass it to his 'legal department' for action! Over-blown charges a bullying attitude. Do not use!!
