ave some clothes for alterations: one Asian outfit and one shirt dress. Sad to say I didn't have a good experience at all. I believe Ahmed Uncle did a good job for me last time (over a year ago) but this time despite me asking him to do the alterations, his assistant Meenu did them, and I'm sorry to say so incompetently that I found it hard to believe she is permitted to do these alteration unsupervised:

- the clothes weren't ready to collect when he (Ahmed uncle) said they were. I then had to wait over an hour as they incompetently did some of the more urgent alterations.
-one sleeve of my shirt dress is now LONGER than the other. This is after they finally altered the dress.
- the replaced the buttons on my dress (without asking) with ones of a different colour and of inferior quality.

I'm pretty furious to be honest. The only reason am not reporting to Trading Standards is because the new girl Reshmi (spelling?) was polite. 28-08-19
