Total waste of time, won't honour any warranty, be warned.Fitted a new replacement glass to 1 of our pvc windows as it was steaming up, this was the only reason we wanted it replaced. 2 weeks later a huge crack appeared.
His comment: They wont accept any liability for glass after this amount of time"
but I will come and have a look at it. So I waited and waited, phoned, text, no reply.
After a few months went by I had given up on him, until I saw his van parked nearby, so I waited for him to appear. I asked him why he couldn't be bothered to pick up his phone, his classic reply " I forgot all about you". So I asked him again are you coming to look/replace this glass, to which he replied NO. I walked away and would never ever use this person again. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!
