Had a single storey extension done by this company around 2 years ago.we had a skylight put in. It leaked and they come out twice and try to fix it. Again it started leaking really badly and has cracked the plaster. We have called several times and left messages but they refuse to pick up. I then find out they went into liquidation. Law and behold they start up again a few months later with . I have 2 young children and I cannot say that roof is safe. We saved up and trusted Gavin and his workers. I cannot believe they are up and running again. They have not heard the last of this. I will be perusing them through the courts if it has to be. Please anyone do not use these cowboys. They come across professional but believe me they have left me with a mountain of problems and a single storey kitchen I won’t let my kids in. 10-02-21
