With all due respect to there website featuring 'lovely feedback', this is due to anything slightly less being deleted! While not expecting anything less, I do not think that it can be used as a true indicator customer satisfaction. Randomly shaving & uneven cutting of coat whilst using no dog grooming products to attempt to de-tangle is not professional, and when you have to be advised that using a sharp pointed pair of scissors to remove a small mat from inside a dogs ear I do have to question even your common sense. I have owned 2 Beaded Collies & without doubt, this is the worst that either has ever returned from a 'professional' dog groomer.
'Should have gone to Specsavers' has got nothing on this place!
