Called Anglo Integrated Systems to change a battery in the bell box. Was told I needed a new bell box....! Engineer spent 3 hours to do this and polish all my PIR sensors with pledge. I asked if not being clean affected their performance and he replied "no but they look nice". After giving him my manager code for service requirements he then changed it for a new one without my permission meaning that neither myself or any other company I choose for service has access to the system. For this I was invoiced for £380. I have contacted Anglo Integrated Systems twice now to find out the new manager code so as I can change it back but have just been ignored. Pushy, long winded, expensive and dishonest. They then had the cheek to send me misleading letters saying my system needed servicing and would be unlawful if i didn't comply.
Shameful carry on for company that was recommended to me by a friend. Leaving no stars is unfortunately not an option so 1 will have to do.....! 05-08-14
