Absolutely disgraceful....if I could award zero stars it would be too high. We hired 11 morning suits in Aug 2014 - and even after 5 or 6 fittings for measurements the suits they tried to hand over were still not right. Even when people were measured eg as 38 chest - we were time and time again being given 36 size and being told by the assistant - it looks fine! ....with only days before the wedding we were presented with mismatched outfits - trousers too short, shoddy garments (buttons hanging off, hems not sewn properly, hole in trousers, soiled shirts, etc)...be aware that what you try on when you are asked to sign up for the hire may not be the actual suit that's delivered to you! MD of the company - couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge complaint and the assistant we dealt with was disinterested and extremely unhelpful...all in all it has been a dreadful experience.... 01-09-14
