Used this company because a few of my neighbours have dogs and used them and reccomended them.

Supposed to groom 3 dogs and hand cit the other 2 however this only took them 3 hours and when I complained I wasnt happy with the cut this was just ignored and they took my money anyway,I mearly tried to exsplain to them I wanted the dogs cut shorter but they where not intrested in face to face feedback and clearly took this has an insult (Not intended) the next time I decided to give them a second chance they fobbed me off saying the next appoitment was in 5 months and when I called there bluff and said ok I'll take that it was so strange they suddenly couldent find the appoitment book !!!

Avoid at all costs unless you have money to chuck away and are happy with a poor cut for your dogs. 14-08-15
