Mum booked a horsebox course for me and my cousin with The LGV Group, just finished this Friday and we both passed first time. Really enjoyed it and appreciate the fact they worked around my hectic schedule but the best part was doing the training in an adapted vehicle, an actual horsebox which means although I'm a newbie, Im confident enough to drive mum's horsebox to shows.

Very good value for money, did my HGV Class 2 in Peterborough last month and I chose The LGV Group because they were the only company who didn't try to sell me a load of additional courses I didn't need. Good one to one training in a very decent lorry, will recommend it.

I apply to be a Category C+E driver with The LGV Group in the month of May, they also change the Polish licence for me too. I like it because training was very flexible they book theory for me on Saturday and my Category C training I do in the weekend and pass on Monday. Category C+E I do in August and I think very quick process. Instructor very friendly and joked with me. Thank you The LGV Group

I have been trained bu them without my knowledge that they are brokers.
I failed my first test. On the second test they informed me that there was a cancellation just a day before my test.
When I asked them for a refund,they denied but they offered me £50 off
if I go ahead with them for a second test.
I trusted them and I accepted.I failed on my second test as well and I didn't get the refund that they promised.
I called them a number of times but the lady who is in
charge was quite rude.
I complained by email but I was ignored and they tried to force me to go for another test (£400) if i wanted to get my refund.
Finally i went to another company and I passed with good result,after 5 hours of training. Then I realised that the LGV instructor not only spent a long time on their mobile during my training but they wasn't experianced enough to find my mistakes and correct them as well.
