For an agent which defines themselves as being "professional", Andrea's Lettings is far from professional. The owner (Andrea) herself is someone who I would describe as ignorant, rude and VERY unproffessional.

After ringing her about a house which had been advertised for rent, she rudely answers the phone as if she could not be bothered to have an important conversation, to then tell me that she had had an application for that property earlier that morning and it had been taken off the market. Fair enough I thought, so I asked if she had anything similar up for rent, she rudely tells me that the rental market is "very quiet and she has no rentals on" I thought this was perculiar seen as almost all the other agents in the area are full with rentals! Afew days later, I passed the property to find a 'to let' board had been put up outside the house. To find a "professional letting agent" had lied to one of her customers was shocking! AVOID this agent! Andrea is rude, blunt and should not do such a job if it is such an effort to be nice, which it clearly is!!! It is now shown clear why she mentioned the market was very slow for her and her attitude problem seems to be the key reason for this.
