I bought a Jaguar from Route One Car sales and I am still having issues with them sorting out parts. They do not buy new parts they will only buy from a scrap yard like Trents. It is still an ongoing battle and has taken over 8 months which will now push the car outside of the 6 months warranty organised with Phil L Jane. I have contacted Marc Cohen (Boss), Malcolm, Phil L Jane and Dave and have always been fobbed off about the issue.When they say they will call be back they never have done. The next time I phone up they want my phone number again and guess what.. they do not phone back again. This just repeats over and over again with each individual stated above. Up to a point of Dave from the Route One cars sales at 111 Bournemouth Road, Parkstone, Poole, BH14 9HR.road being unprofessional, unhelpful, blunt and rude. Here are a few things they are all good at that is selling the car and fobbing you off when you have problems. So over 8 months have passed and I am getting no where. So I will goto small claims court like many other people have as I have seen on the internet.
I was not going to write a review but from the service they all gave and all the chances they had to put the issues right I believed and honest review would be a brilliant thing to do.

Some history for someone else when you start to have the same issues: They used to operate as "Moordown Prestige Cars" on the signage and my receipt actually states this company name.
I originally bought the car from "Route One" at 723 Wimborne Road, Moordown, Bournemouth,
BH9 2AX two doors away from Balfour Road. Their unmanned offices are a few more doors down the road at 707B Wimborne Road, Moordown, Bournemouth, BH9 2AX the first building next to Brassey Road. There is no signage on the white building.
