I used mistermarble for my kitchen and they cut the wrong hole for my taps. I was told first that they cut standard holes and I should have informed them. The owner Jason then emailed me a week later and told me I had had a conversation with the fitter and told him I had a.mono tap and where to cut. I am a middle aged house wife. I have no idea what he was talking about. It's the deception that annoys me. I am now getting a reputable local company to sort out the mess.
